Although I'm best known for uplifting house, funky house and vocal house, every now and then I'd put together something a little different.
Recorded in 2008, Trance Sessions Vol. 1 steps away from my usual house music sound and into the world of uplifting and melodic trance. Featuring soaring breakdowns, powerful melodies and driving beats, this mix captures the style of trance that was filling dancefloors and festivals during the late 2000s.
This wasn't recorded for a club night or live event. It was simply a mix created through my genuine love of trance music. Looking back, it's a great reminder of how varied my music collection has always been and how different genres have influenced my DJing over the years.
If you've only ever heard my house mixes, this offers a different side to my musical journey while still keeping that uplifting energy flowing from start to finish.
