This mix was recorded to showcase the sound of my Friday night residency at Via Fossa on Canal Street in Manchester.
Fridays at Via were always busy in the Village, with a great atmosphere and a lively dancefloor. The mix reflects the kind of music that worked perfectly for the night, blending funky and commercial house with uplifting club tracks designed to keep the energy flowing.

Uplifted 2 was recorded especially for Euroskipride, which took place in Saalbach, Austria in 2010.
The mix follows the uplifting and progressive house sound I was really enjoying at the time, with melodic builds and a slightly deeper, trance influenced feel running through it.
Euroskipride was organised by promoter Steve Morris, who created an amazing event bringing people together for music, skiing and celebration in the Austrian Alps. Steve is sadly no longer with us, but he will always be remembered for the energy and passion he brought to the scene.

My Ride 2 EuroSki Pride 2010 mix, recorded to get people in the mood for the EuroSki Pride event in Saalbach, Austria, which took place 20–27 March 2010.
EuroSki Pride combined great skiing with a packed week of parties and events in the Austrian Alps, bringing together people from across Europe for a unique Pride celebration on the slopes. I was lucky enough to be part of the line up that year, playing across the week.
This mix reflects the kind of sound that worked perfectly for the event, a blend of funky and commercial house designed to warm things up before heading out for a night in the mountains.
